Let it Begin

Welcome to the Wardle Health Nut News. This is a blog that we can all write and post things on....well, if I did it right. I will start the first post with a reminder about the points that are available for the contest. I am going off of what Kristi posted on Face book, so we can correct it or change it if we need to.



Point System




Exercise 20 - 1 point


Drink 64 oz - 1 point


7 hours Sleep - 1 point


Fruits & veggies - 1 point per serving 5 point max


No eating 2 hours before bed- 1 point


No junk food (100 free cal.) - 1 Point


Scriptures 1 point


Reporting turned in by Monday @ noon - 1 point




So here it is. Jake set it up for 15 weeks and also made a spreadsheet to track your points if you want. I will email it out. All you smack talkers better be ready for this.
